Sublime Text 3, the amazing text editor that won't launch.

Lately, the text editor called Sublime Text 3 (a very commonly used text editor that can perform advanced programming in C#, XAML, XML, HTML, JavaScript, C, C++, etc.) has been performing very strangely in the way that it doesn’t seem to want to start up, no matter how many times I click on its icon. I go to the start menu, and it still refuses to show its UI. The cursor shows a loading symbol, like it’s about to do something, but the app doesn’t open.
The registry editor is no help, the sublime_text.exe file is not even being displayed in the Program Files folder, though Sublime Text is installed and its logo hasn’t been grayed out yet. It could possibly be because of the theme changes that were made to it just before it started refusing to open, but a simple theme and color scheme change probably wouldn’t trigger a major problem like that. However, I did get an error when I opened it up for the last time that said something about a missing “something.” After that it refused to open.
Sublime Text 3 was a very good text editor up until now. The features were good, the automatic indenting was superior to any other text editor within the range, and it almost seemed to be at the level of Visual Studio Code, with the exception of the cool debugging and testing features. Sublime Text 3 will need to be brought back from the dead in order to be used, and a way of doing that is currently in search.
