The incurable problem webcam that has besieged every computer I've used it on.

Title: Lousy webcam.
Blinded by the fact that this webcam recorded in 1080p HD, I decided that this would be a low-cost, high-quality webcam option, offered at only $30. In fact, I resolved to order 2 of these webcams, thinking that it would be a good upgrade from the 480p webcam I had used previously.
Wow, was I wrong.
Today, I would’ve chosen the 480p webcam over this Svcouok one. The moment I plugged it in, the video output a blinding flash of all colors imaginable, and did not part until I unplugged the webcam and let it cool off. It had not done that again until just a few days ago. I knew this thing had a bad reputation, and I didn’t want to use it very often. So, grudgingly, I plugged the thing in and found that the video screen was once again besieged with the colors. Furthermore, I discovered that the webcam was making the Windows display drivers go berserk, and the computer was now rebooting over and over again, the display color changing from the warm orange to a hard blue, the webcam restarting and the computer beginning to get hot.
That was when I realized that the webcam was out of control. As if in mocking laughter, the other webcam I had purchased for another computer started acting up. The cheap captive power plug was beginning to come out of the back, so I pushed it back in. The webcam refused to work or connect to the computer whatsoever. So I had two webcams with two different problems. Meanwhile, just today, the other webcam that had been driving the Windows display drivers crazy, acted up again. I don’t dare plug the thing in again for fear of the entire computer being trashed. Also, the thing heats up way too easily. I don’t know if this is normal of webcams like these, but this shows that the webcam becomes a fire risk during cases when you need to use it for long Zoom meetings.
The only likeable thing about this webcam is the video quality. But high resolution does not come close to making up for the reams of trouble this webcam has caused, whether it be the video failing and causing the computer to go haywire, or the webcam not booting up at all. It is obviously not fit for Zoom meetings or even short recordings. And God save you if you purchased one of these under the assumption that this would be a performant webcam. Because believe me, it is NOT.
