Sometimes you just need a quality password organizer that’s free, and is for the whole family. But sometimes it can be hard to find that–especially the part about it being free.
1Password covers all those things except the free part. Of course, it costs money. And as usual, there’s different tiers of it. But KeePass covers all of those things, including the part where it’s free. KeePass includes a nice entry editing system and a quality organization system.
KyPass is another good competitor, but it isn’t compatible on all devices. If it was, then it would be another great competitor. That’s why KeePass is so commonly used–it fits the purpose of every computer. And its cool password-generating system helps a lot when you don’t know what kind of password to generate.
1Password isn’t available for all devices, either, so 1Password isn’t the ideal password client, while KeePass is compatible with all your needs.
