You can see that a website is being deployed right now. What if something goes wrong?

Sometimes, even the best of tools can break down right when you need them. And when that happens, it’s never good.
One time Task Manager completely broke down on me when I was trying to do a tutorial video. And it was absolutely crazy. Task Manager, as you might have known, is the application that is supposed to end applications when they’re not behaving correctly. When the application launched, I couldn’t get it to close. It went into NOT RESPONDING mode. And task manager is supposed to stop applications that do that. And it was doing it itself.
If you’re trying to do something important, like deploy a website or start a production, you REALLY don’t want your website deployer to crash on you right when you are about to finish up your work.
Sometimes, you can tell that applications are freaking out by the way they are acting. If the buttons aren’t pushing, then obviously something’s wrong. And if you can’t close the app, then something’s wrong.
But it’s even worse when the best administrative tools imitate the way other apps act when they break down. And that’s what happened when Task Manager broke down that one day.
