In the display manager, you’ll see the heart of your problems–the Display adapters area. You’re supposed to see Intel(R) HD Graphics Family, but that’s not supposed to be there. Unfortunately, the only way to fix that is to do a factory reset of your computer, which you can search for an article on that. And that’s why Windows is the most common computer virus ever.
